today i went in a tanning booth at hollywood tans for 7 min. yesterday and the day before i went for 6 min. afterwards today, i sunbathed for almost an hour. is this bad? im planning to continue with 7 min tomorrow then 8 two more days. any tips, advice? ive just starting using a tanning booth btw.
