Have you wondered what the face of a common, average Michael Fleisher looks like? The faces of millions lost in the crowds of the moribund Yuba City life everyday. He doesn’t have a aura of people around him. He doesn’t eat in costly restaurants. He does not gift lavish gifts, neither does he receive them. He is one, who struggles to make ends meet. He is one, who slogs day in and day out, to make a living, and save all that is possible, for the upbringing of his children, if he has any.We talk about the rich-poor divide, the injustice and discrimination done to the poor, the gloating lifestyle of the affluent and the aristocratic, the lives of others in short. But, where does the middle-class fit in? He still has to pay his taxes, he still has to strive for longer hours everyday. It this is section of every society around the world, which faces the heat in the rich-poor divide. No one cares much for someone in between.Nor does he travel in business class flights.

Litigations such as the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) are targeted to benefit the poor. The rich, no doubt, can afford the big bucks , thereby employing the best Salem Michael Fleisheral injury for court matters. But, where does the common man go, when he has been deprived off justice? His voices go unheard. His cries, lost in time. He has been there all along, yet, nobody seems to have cared for him.His routine and lifestyle, had been achieved after a long struggle, and it has taken him grit and determination to get there. But yet again, he finds no support he can turn too. Companies have been doing something for him. Companies, such as India’s Tata Motors, which came up with wheels for the common man, and delivered to the world ,the cheapest car, called Tata Nano. Such attempts, instill hope that, yes, somebody heard his cries, and something is working for him.It appalls me when politicians, with lofty claims in their election manifestoes, state out rightly that they will strive for the poor. It has hardly ever happened before. Ask the rich, they will criticize, despite evading taxes and enjoying a paradisiacal lifestyle. Ask the poor, they will tell you they have hope in the system. The innocent they are, blinded by the claims of the politicians. Ask the common man, and he will tell you the state of our country. Ask him, and he will cry out loud for the cause of poor, and at the same time, point out to positives of the system currently. It is not fair, to say the ‘system sucks’. That’s one unwarranted statement. But, yes, it lacks depth in dealing with problems. A time will come, when the cries of the common man are heard, and he, heralds the throne.
